Work principle
When starting up, the automatic air discharge device is in the Open state, and it can quickly discharge in-condensed ar in the system. When steam and hot condensed water flow in, the inner temperature of the valve will increase, and the air discharge device will automatically dose. At that time, the floating ball, which will rise and fall according to the change of water level, leads the lever to regulate the openness of the hole on valve seat and continuously drains condensed water. When the in-condensed water stops flowing in, the floating ball, which will fall due to its weight, makes the lever lead the the valve soool to close the hole on valve seat.
Since the hole on valve seat is below the level of condensed water, it forms the water seal. As a result, there is no fresh steam leakage while working.
It is used in steam heating device, recovery system of condensed water and the working condition needing to quickly drain condensed water. It can automatically, rapidly and continuously drain condensed water, effectively stop steam leakage and gain the best heating effect.
